PAM Health is hiring Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in Massachusetts. You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision, focusing on medically complex patients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as LPN/LVN in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required; AHA approved within 90 days of employment.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct patient care under RN supervision on the unit.
• Care for medically complex and/or critically ill patients requiring extended hospitalization.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to carry out individualized care plans.
• Gather and report data, carry out orders, and perform therapeutic procedures.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
