Job summary

Qualifications

• Current licensure as LVN/LPN in the state where the hospital resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in emergency or critical care environments preferred; familiarity with vents/trachs/PICC lines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care as directed by an RN on the unit.
• Gather and report patient data accurately.
• Carry out physician orders and perform therapeutic procedures as appropriate.
• Deliver age- and population-appropriate care per PAM Health policies and guidelines.
• Perform related duties as assigned or requested.
