Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Greeley is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our full‑time team. You will provide nursing care under an RN, collect and report data, carry out orders, and perform therapeutic procedures in a patient‑centered, safety‑driven environment.

We require current LPN/LVN licensure, BLS certification, and an IV certification if required by state rules.

Qualifications

• Holds current licensure as LPN/LVN in the state where employed (or compact licensure).
• Current BLS certification required and AHA approved within 90 days of employment.
• Current IV Certification within 90 days if state regulations require it.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care as directed by an RN.
• Gather and report patient data and respond to orders.
• Carry out therapeutic procedures in age-appropriate manner.
• Adhere to PAM Health policies and guidelines.

Hourly Rate Range- $30-$40

Earn up to an additional $4/hr with shift differentials!

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) is responsible for providing appropriate nursing care, as directed by an RN on the nursing unit. Functions include gathering and reporting data, carrying out orders, and performing therapeutic procedures on patients in an age and population-appropriate manner, consistent with the policies, procedures, and guidelines of PAM Health. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Education and Training:

Holds current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates. Current BLS certification required. BLS certification must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.

• Current IV Certification within 90 days of employment, if required per state regulations.

Experience:

One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.
