Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Denver is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our inpatient medical-surgical team. You will provide nursing care under the direction of an RN, gather and report data, carry out orders, and perform therapies in a patient-centered, policy-guided setting.

Requirements include current LPN/LVN licensure in the state, BLS (AHA) certification, and IV certification within 90 days if required by state.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state where the hospital resides
• Current BLS certification required (AHA)
• IV certification within 90 days of employment if state regulations require it
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required

Hourly Rate Range- $30-$40
Earn up to an additional $4.50/hr with shift differentials!
Referral bonuses as well are offered for each full-time employee you refer! Up to $3,000 per employee referred.
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) is responsible for providing appropriate nursing care, as directed by an RN on the nursing unit. Functions include gathering and reporting data, carrying out orders, and performing therapeutic procedures on patients in an age and population-appropriate manner, consistent with the policies, procedures, and guidelines of PAM Health. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Education and Training: Holds current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates. Current BLS certification required. BLS certification must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.

• Current IV Certification within 90 days of employment, if required per state regulations.

Experience: One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required
