PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Aiken is hiring an LPN/LVN for our brand-new rehabilitation hospital opening this fall. You will join a team delivering patient-centered nursing care, with opportunities to grow within a growing network of PAM Health locations.

Qualifications

• Holds current LPN/LVN licensure in the state (or compact licensure).
• Current BLS certification; AHA approved within 90 days of employment.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care as directed by an RN on the unit.

Responsibilities

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) is responsible for providing appropriate nursing care, as directed by an RN on the nursing unit. Functions include gathering and reporting data, carrying out orders, and performing therapeutic procedures on patients in an age and population‑appropriate manner, consistent with the policies, procedures, and guidelines of PAM Health. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

Education and Training: Holds current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates. Current BLS certification required. BLS certification must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.

• Current IV Certification within 90 days of employment, if required per state regulations.

Experience: One year of inpatient medical‑surgical nursing experience preferred but not required
