The Sanctuary of Holy Cross in South Bend, Indiana, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise daily nursing activities in line with care plans and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include administering medications, wound care, mobility assistance, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications
