Job summary

Hendricks Community Hospital Association seeks an LPN to join our Long Term Care team in Hendricks, MN. The PRN position offers hours as needed with weekend and shift differentials. Starting wage is $27.10 per hour, dependent on experience.

You will assess, plan and implement resident care, administer medications, and collaborate with medical staff to ensure timely treatment and adherence to the care plan. The role requires confidentiality, initiative, and the ability to handle emergencies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and MN LPN license.
• Experience in geriatric/long-term care preferred.
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement resident care.
• Communicates with medical staff to ensure timely care and orders.
• Strong initiative, leadership and independent judgment.
• Flexibility to handle emergencies and changing situations.
• Proficient in EMR computer use.
