Job summary

EOSIS in Stillwater, MN is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide licensed nursing care to individuals recovering from addiction and mental health challenges. Under supervision of an RN or LPN supervisor, you will deliver compassionate care and support day-to-day wellness.

The role offers a 2nd shift schedule with a competitive hourly pay and benefits package including insurance, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license valid in Minnesota.
• Experience in addiction or mental health care is a plus.
• Ability to work 2nd shift and full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed nursing care to clients under supervision.
• Monitor client conditions and administer basic treatments as prescribed.
• Assist clients in recovery processes and coordinate with the care team.
