Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to contribute to patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care in a clinical setting.

You will provide compassionate, direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics while addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs and promoting safety and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a specialty nursing training program.
• Experience in assessing patient needs and collaborating with healthcare teams is essential.
