This full-time role runs Aug 31, 2026 to Jun 23, 2027, with daily hours 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, on school grounds and during bus rides. The nurse will manage G-tube feedings, coordinate with families and school staff, and may assist other buildings on non-instructional days.

Qualifikationen

• Current Washington State LPN license and certification.
• Fingerprinting completed with OSPI.
• Previous experience in school nursing or pediatric care strongly preferred.
• Experience with G-tube feedings highly valued.
• Compassionate, flexible, and able to collaborate with students, families, and educational teams.
• Comfortable riding the bus and providing care during transportation.

Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity making a meaningful difference in a student's life throughout the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time position runs from August 31, 2026, to June 23, 2027, and offers the chance to build a strong, supportive relationship as a dedicated one-to-one nurse. Workdays follow a regular schedule, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm (6.5 hours per day; 35 hours a week).

In this personalized role, you'll assist a student who relies on G-tube feedings, providing essential care on school grounds and during bus rides-ensuring your expertise supports the student's well-being every step of the way. When the student is absent or on Wednesdays when students do not attend, you have the opportunity to extend your impact by assisting other buildings in the district.
