TheKey Concierge Nursing in Miami/Dade is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for private-duty, in-home senior care. Deliver one-on-one nursing to clients in their homes with flexible day/evening shifts and per diem options.

We offer top-market compensation starting at $30–$35 per hour, weekly pay, and PayActiv access, plus comprehensive benefits and 24/7 support. Join a Boca-based team delivering dignified care.

Qualifications

• Active, Florida LPN license.
• BLS Certification required.
• Florida IV Therapy Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Clear background screening via the Florida AHCA Clearinghouse.
• Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and basic computer/digital charting skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Deliver attentive 1-on-1 skilled nursing care and daily monitoring based on individualized client care plans.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide skilled clinical interventions within the Florida LPN scope of practice.
• Assist clients and families with health education, routine nursing support, and compassionate guidance.
• Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation according to agency policy.
• Communicate effectively with supervising RNs, interdisciplinary teams, and local management regarding changes in client condition.
