Salary : $32 - $35 / Per Hour

Maxim Healthcare in (Insert location) is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
2. Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
3. Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
4. Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

1. Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
2. Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
3. Current BLS certification.
4. One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
