Elara Caring in Louisiana is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our home health team, delivering compassionate care in patients' homes. You will carry out Plan of Care, document nursing notes, and coordinate with the RN Case Manager and physicians to support safe, high-quality care.
The role requires LVN licensure, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and about 1 year of clinical experience.
