Job summary

OhioHealth at Home in partnership with Compassus is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our patient-centered home health team in Dublin, OH. You will deliver hands-on care and use AI-supported tools to streamline documentation during visits.

Bring 1 year of relevant experience and an active LPN license. You will work to maintain high care standards while improving efficiency and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
• Active and unencumbered LPN license in state of employment.
• 1 year experience in hospital, nursing home, home health, or working with terminally ill patients.
• BLS certification preferred within 30 days of hire.
