Job summary

Compassus, in partnership with Ascension at Home, is seeking a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support patients recovering at home, helping them stay connected with loved ones and activities they enjoy.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program, current LPN license, valid driver’s license, CPR, and TB screening. Two years of LPN experience, preferably in home health, is desired. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
