Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to perform home health visits, delivering nursing care under supervision and in accordance with physician orders. The role focuses on patient comfort, safety, and quality care in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state drivers license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seat belts at all times while driving.
• Dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be currently licensed as an LPN in the State of employment.
