Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to visit patients in their homes, providing nursing care under the direction of RNs and in line with physician orders. The role requires reliable transportation and a valid state license.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seat belts at all times while driving.
• Dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Must be currently licensed as an LPN in the State of employment.

Responsibilities

As a LPN, you will visit patients in their homes and provide nursing care for them under direction of RNs and in compliance with the physicians' orders.
