Job summary

AccentCare is seeking an LVN/LPN for the Lackawanna/Wyoming/Wayne counties in PA to deliver home health visits. This full-time, on-site role offers a per-visit compensation structure with an annual equivalent estimate of $74,000–$83,000, plus a $5,000 bonus and a fleet car.

Licensure in the state of operation and CPR certification are required, along with one year of home health experience. Provide high-quality, patient-centered care across the coverage area, documenting visits and ensuring

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.

• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations.

• Ability to provide nursing visits according to the treatment as prescribed by the physician and provide and maintain paperwork to maintain accurate and complete medical records

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
• Currently Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of agency operation
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
