Job summary

AccentCare is seeking an LVN/LPN for our Oakdale Office to deliver home health nursing visits across Oakdale, Maplewood and nearby areas. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with on-call duties and compensation reflected as an annual figure based on visits.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of clinical and home health experience, graduated from an accredited nursing program, CPR certified, and possess a valid driver’s license to travel to patient locations.

Qualifications

• One year of clinical experience in nursing.
• One year of home health experience.
• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of operation.
• Valid CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing visits per physician orders and maintain medical records.
• Travel to patient locations within Oakdale/Maplewood and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Be the Best Home Health LVN/LPN You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• One year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience
• Ability to provide nursing visits according to the treatment as prescribed by the physician and provide and maintain paperwork to maintain accurate and complete medical records

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
• Currently Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of agency operation
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
