Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a licensed LVN/LPN to deliver in-home nursing care across Delaware County, PA and surrounding areas. This full-time role is paid per visit, with an annual compensation range reflecting experience.

The position requires an LVN/LPN license, CPR certification, and a driver’s license to travel across locations. Applicants should have at least one year of clinical and home health experience and be able to document care per physician orders.

Qualifications

• One year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience.
• Ability to provide nursing visits according to physician orders and maintain medical records.
• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
• Currently licensed as Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of operation
• Must possess and maintain CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
• Must be a licensed driver able to travel to all business locations
