Job Description
- MBR - $34.39
- Resumes submitted over the maxed budgeted bill rate will be rejected.

- Submissions must include:

- BLS/CPR certification
- ODRC packet: Ohio License
- US Passport or Naturalization card if born outside US
- If missing any documents, the bid will be rejected.
- If chosen for position, TB test and HireRight drug screen must be uploaded in Dotstaff.
- Screening must be initiated within 48 hours of accepting position.
- This posting will be closed when filled or until manager requests.
- No cell phones permitted until proper paperwork has been submitted and approved.
- Must clear a metal detector; no cans, tobacco, vapes, etc. permitted.
- Food/drinks must be in clear see-through containers.
- No more than 1 gallon of water permitted to be brought into the facility.
