Job summary

Centurion is seeking a Full Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join East Moline Correctional Center in East Moline, IL. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care within scope of practice to incarcerated patients under supervision of RNs and medical staff during the evening shift.

Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma or GED and a current IL LPN license, with CPR certification and the ability to obtain security clearance. Compensation includes $35.00/hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Active LPN license in Illinois or ability to obtain one.
• CPR certification is required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care within the scope of practice to incarcerated patients.

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a Full Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at East Moline Correctional Center in East Moline, Illinois.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Clear/Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Illinois or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
