AMG Specialty Hospital-Lafayette is seeking Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for Day Shifts with LTAC experience. LPNs provide direct and indirect patient care that meets psychosocial and physical needs, under RN supervision, while maintaining regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Louisiana LPN license in good standing
• Acute Care/Med-Surg/ICU experience preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care services as an LPN
• Meet psychosocial, physical and general care needs and communicate with the team
• Maintain regulatory agency requirements and hospital policies
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians and team
• Perform nursing duties in all departments with supervision
