Job summary

AMG Specialty Hospital-Albuquerque seeks Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for Day Shifts. The LPN will provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, meeting the psychosocial, physical and general care needs while communicating changes in patient condition to the team.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in New Mexico.
• Current BLS certification.

• Communicate with physicians and team about changes in patient condition and test results.
• Respond quickly to changes in condition and perform nursing duties under RN supervision.

AMG Specialty Hospital- Albuquerque is seekingFull TimeLicensed Practical Nurses(LPN) for Day Shifts.The LPNwillprovide direct and indirect patient care services that meet thepsychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communicationneeds of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative andresponsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervisionof a Registered Nurse. Maintain regulatory agency requirements, nursingand hospital policies, procedures, and standards. Communicate withphysicians and team members about changes in patient's clinical condition,including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Respond quickly andaccurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally,is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequatesupervision.
