Genesis Administrative Services LLC is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Hackett Hill Center, a Five Star Facility in Manchester, NH. Full-time evening and night shifts are available with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Under the supervision of an RN, LPNs deliver nursing care, evaluate patients, administer medications, and assist in care planning, while supervising unlicensed staff. Benefits and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or eligible for licensure.
• Maintain BLS/CPR certification as required by practice setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care under RN direction.
• Evaluate patients to observe condition and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor care by unlicensed staff.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• *Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.
• *Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• *Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.
• *Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

• *Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• *Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
• *Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
