Job summary

LifeSpire in Daleville, VA is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse for full-time 3rd shift (7pm–7am) with shift differential to join our resident-focused team.

The role includes resident assessment, care, and coordination in a supportive, collaborative environment with flexible scheduling and access to benefits such as medical/dental, PTO, tuition assistance, and a 403B match.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (LPN).
• Currently licensed as an LPN, in good standing, with the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
• Previous experience (1-3 years) in a nursing capacity is preferred.
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing or Assisted living environment and with the geriatric population is a plus.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Excellent customer service.
