Job summary

LifeSpire of Virginia in Daleville, VA is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team on a full-time 3rd shift (7pm–7am). The role includes resident assessment, care, treatment, and evaluation in a skilled nursing/assisted living setting, with a shift differential.

We offer a new pay scale based on experience, a generous benefits package including medical, vision, dental, PTO, tuition assistance, and a 4.5% 403B match.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (LPN).
• Currently licensed as an LPN in Virginia.
• 1–3 years nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident assessment, care, treatment and evaluation.
• Be part of a collaborative team to support residents and families.
• Deliver compassionate nursing care in a Skilled Nursing/Assisted Living setting.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
