LifeSpire of Virginia seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our memory support team. You will provide nursing care, assessments, and treatments for our residents in a collaborative, faith‑driven setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (LPN).
• Currently licensed as an LPN in good standing with the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
• 1–3 years nursing experience preferred.
• Memory support/assisted living experience a plus.
• Knowledge of DSS Standard Regulations.
• Willing to obtain CDP (Certified Dementia Practitioner).
• Excellent customer service.
