Job Summary

We are seeking a Full-Time LPN to work in our residential program in West Chester, PA. The LPN works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, providing nursing and facilitation services to clients, implementing evidence-based treatment strategies, and training clients and families on health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Implement basic preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care
• Identify clients needing medical interventions and provide care accordingly
• Perform hands-on nursing care using the nursing process
• Educate families and clients about health and wellness
• Support or provide direct care during appointments or at program locations

Qualifications

• State licensure as an LPN or equivalent
• Experience in rehabilitation of chronically or severely ill/injured patients (preferred)
• Skills in analysis, problem-solving, decision-making, and time management
• Excellent communication skills in writing and verbally
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Strong organization, planning, and documentation skills
