Job Description

Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Largo is hiring a full-time LPN with a $5,000 Sign-on bonus.

This position involves direct care responsibilities as well as supervisory duties for caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN supervises nursing personnel to deliver care within the scope of practice, coordinating care delivery to meet residents' needs according to professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and relevant regulations.

Job Requirements

• Skills: Ability to read thermometers, charts, testing equipment; must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Experience: 2-3 years of clinical experience; gerontological nursing including dementia population preferred.
• License: Valid and current LPN/LVN state license.

Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; push and pull objects; lift and carry up to 20 pounds unassisted (occasionally up to 50 pounds); full use of gross and fine motor skills of upper and lower extremities.
