Job summary

Comfort Creek Nursing and Rehab is hiring a 7p-7a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in short term rehabilitation and long-term care.

Under the Unit Director, the LPN develops and implements individualized nursing care plans, assists in orientation and supervision of nursing personnel, and takes on leadership duties to ensure smooth daily operations on the unit.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved Practical or Vocational Nursing program and licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to the daily operations of the unit on per shift, unit level, and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.

Comfort Creek Nursing and Rehab is hiring a 7p-7a LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care.

Position Summary:

In conjunction with the Unit Director, the Licensed Practical Nurse utilizes a general understanding of the principles of Nursing in the development of and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure that the needs of the customers are met. He/she assists in the orientation of and supervision of nursing personnel, attends to the daily operations of the unit on per shift, unit level, and assumes responsibilities of a leadership role as needed.

Requirements:

1. The Licensed Practical Nurse must be a graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing and must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
2. Experience is preferred in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing
