Job summary

Health Here in Virginia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice on-site. The role involves administering medications, documenting patient information, wound care, and coordinating with the healthcare team to monitor changes in condition.

The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license, has at least 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR certification, and a valid PPD test within the last year.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience is required.

• PPD test within the last year is required.

Responsibilities
