Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Coordinating resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Communicating with physicians, pharmacies, residents, and families.
- Monitoring residents' conditions and reporting changes promptly.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to provide outcomes.
- Implementing and evaluating individualized care plans.
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Following infection control, safety, and emergency procedures.
- Supervising nursing assistants and support staff as appropriate.
- Ensuring resident dignity, privacy, and rights.
- Maintaining knowledge of nursing equipment and proper usage.
- Providing compassionate nursing care in a long-term care setting.
