Job summary

West Point Community Living Center in Mississippi is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for a full-time 7am–7pm shift. You will handle medication administration, treatments, ADL care, and other care tasks per physician orders and the local plan of care.

Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) duties include but is not limited to:

• Evaluation and delivery of care including medication administration, treatments, Adl care, etc. as ordered by physician and outlined the plan of care (according to scope of practice)
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure resident/patients receive quality care based on professional standards and facility policies
• Communicate with residents, family members, physicians and supervisor regarding resident status
• Maintain up to date and accurate medical records during tour of duty on assigned unit.
• Other tasks as required
