Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team at the Darlington County Detention Center. Position Details

• Location: Darlington County Detention Center
• Position: Full-Time LPN
• Schedule: 12-hour Day Shift Rotation, 7 AM - 7 PM, with alternating weekends
• Benefits: Sign-on & Retention Bonus

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms and reactions, chart results, establish nursing plans, and work within State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, under the supervision of physicians/providers
• Administer prescribed medications according to nursing standards and correctional regulations
• Follow established treatment plans and perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and critical thinking
