Join Our Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Days

Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team at the Darlington County Detention Center. This full-time position offers a 12-hour day shift rotation from 7 am to 7 pm, with alternating weekends. We provide a supportive and appreciative environment where your skills and dedication are valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress, chart results, and establish nursing plans within the scope of practice and guidelines.
• Administer prescribed medications following nursing standards and correctional regulations.
• Follow through with established treatment plans and perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and critical thinking.
