Job summary

Jacksonville Health and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Day Shift nursing team. You\'ll provide direct care, administer medications, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and physicians to support residents in a long-term care setting.

Multiple scheduling options are available, including 8-, 12-, and 16-hour shifts, plus 7-on/7-off rotations. We offer competitive pay of $27.05–$30.50 per hour, BCBS health and dental, 401(k) with company match, and

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong nursing assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to recognize and report changes in resident condition.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As an LPN Staff Nurse, you'll provide direct nursing care while working closely with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and individualized care.
