Jacksonville Health and Rehabilitation in Jacksonville, AL is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Night Shift nursing team. We offer flexible scheduling options including 8-, 12-, 16-hour shifts and 7-on/7-off, with a competitive pay range and shift differential.

As an LPN Staff Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care, collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and physicians, and help residents achieve their highest practical level of independence while adhering to safety

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong nursing assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to recognize and report changes in resident condition.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented approach to nursing.

What You'll Do
