ATC Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Corrections to join our clinician team for a North Augusta, SC assignment. This contract provides 37.5 hours per week, nights from 6p to 7a, for 8 weeks, with ASAP start.

Nurses may float to nearby facilities as staffing needs dictate. Requirements include an active SC LPN license, at least one year of direct patient care in a similar setting, and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina.
• Minimum of one year of paid LPN work experience in direct patient care in a similar setting within the past year.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross.
• Available to work 37.5 hours per week, three days per week.
• Every other weekend is required.
• Block scheduling is not available.
• Willing to float to other correctional facilities in surrounding area as needed.
• Reliable transportation and ability to report to different facilities as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Provide LPN care in correctional facilities as assigned.
• Float to multiple sites based on staffing needs.
• Maintain patient safety, privacy, and quality of care in variable environments.

Schedule: Three days per week, every other weekend required; no block scheduling

Estimated Gross Pay: $35/hour

Position Summary:

ATC Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Corrections to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact contract opportunity offers 37.5 hours per week serving correctional facilities in North Augusta, SC and surrounding locations.

Candidates must be willing and able to float to other assigned correctional facilities in the surrounding area based on staffing and operational needs. This position is not guaranteed to remain at one specific facility, and flexibility to work at multiple locations is required.

Job Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in South Carolina
• Minimum of one year of paid LPN work experience within the past year providing direct patient care in a similar setting
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
• Must be available to work 37.5 hours per week, three days per week
• Every other weekend is required
• Block scheduling is not available
• Must be willing and able to float to other correctional facilities in the surrounding area as assigned based on staffing needs
• Reliable transportation and the ability to report to different assigned facilities as scheduled

Other Required Documentation:

• Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
• Two current clinical references
• Physical exam (completed within the past 12 months)
• TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
• Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
• Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
• Must pass background check and drug screening
