Community Health Network is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Transporters Team in our cardiovascular care setting. The LPN will safely transport cardiac and medical patients throughout the hospital for testing, procedures, admissions, and discharges, while monitoring patient condition and vital signs.

Collaboration with nurses, physicians, and support departments is essential to maintain safe, efficient, patient-centered care and to support throughput and continuity

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of a recognized accredited school of practical nursing.
• Licensed as an LPN by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.
• 1 year inpatient/hospital LPN experience required.

The LPN is responsible for safely transporting cardiac and medical patients throughout the hospital for testing, procedures, admissions, and discharges. Exceptional Skills And Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized accredited school of practical nursing, or Graduate from a non-accredited school of practical nursing with three years related professional nursing experience.
• Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.
• 1 yr. of Inpatient/Hospital LPN experience required
