Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
- Evaluate complex patient conditions and document treatment responses.
- Monitor vital signs and record abnormalities (BP, HR, RR, temp).
- Perform routine health assessments and monitor overall well-being.
- Assist patients in access to care and connect with community resources.
- Review medications for interactions and adverse effects.
- Develop and administer mental health assessments.
- Document medical history accurately in EMR.
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
