Position Summary

Under supervision, the LPN provides direct patient care, collaborates with physicians, performs assessments, administers medications, and supports patients with daily activities, ensuring compassionate and effective care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient assessment and data collection
• Perform interventions like specimen collection and wound care
• Administer medications as directed
• Document patient care accurately
• Support development of care plans
• Help patients with daily living activities
• Monitor and communicate patient status
• Coordinate appointments and obtain insurance authorizations
• Float to other offices as needed

Qualifications

• Graduate of an LPN program (Associate’s degree preferred)
• Current LPN license in Kentucky
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
