Karlstad Senior Living in Minnesota is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver quality, compassionate care and elevate residents' quality of life. The role emphasizes adherence to state laws, regulations, and our standards of care.

We offer flexible scheduling around school commitments, with full-time, part-time, and PRN options, plus sign-on bonuses and competitive starting wages. Shifts include day, evening, overnight, and weekends to fit student life.

Karlstad Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. If you are a caring and compassionate LPN who is focused on elevating the quality of life of others through the care you provide, we'd love an opportunity to work with you.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

Full-time, $8,000 sign-on bonus

Part-time,$4,000 sign-on bonus

On-call/PRN - $1,000 sign-on bonus

NEW STARTING WAGE of $27.00/hr plus years of experience up to 6 years

For those of you attending college, we gladly work around your school schedule!

• Day shift= 6am-2:30pm
• Evening shift= 2:00-10pm
• Overnights= 10pm-6am
• Weekends= 6a-6p/ 6p-6a

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you provide quality care to residents while ensuring all applicable laws, regulations, and company standards are met.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hold current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license
• Knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures as well as the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions
• Must be capable of performing Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation
