Job summary

Lutheran SeniorLife is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide the overall care of residents within the household and support related clinical activities. This casual position offers rates starting at $30 per hour and a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid through the first six months.

Current PA LPN license in good standing is required. You will assist in supervising and counseling Nurse Aides and Resident Coordinators, ensuring alignment with state standards and delivering compassionate,

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a current PA LPN license in good standing.
• Temporary practice permit allowed if awaiting board results or PA licensure.

The LPN - Household Nurse is responsible for the overall care of the residents within the household and all associated and clinical activities, and assists in the supervision and counseling of Nurse Aides, Resident Coordinators, or Resident Assistants. Always functions within the limits of the Pennsylvania State Professional Standards Title 49 Chapter.

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Charge included requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing and possesses a current license, in good standing, from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• A graduate nurse who has not yet obtained board results or a Nurse who does not yet have a Pennsylvania license must have a temporary practice permit required by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
