Lutheran SeniorLife in Mars, PA is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for weekend shifts, offering a $6,000 sign-on bonus paid throughout the first year. You will work three 12-hour shifts on either Friday, Saturday, and Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, with a starting pay rate of $27 per hour plus weekend premium.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Weekend – $6,000 sign‑on bonus paid throughout the first year. Location: St. John – Mars, PA. Full‑time. Work three 12‑hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Pay rate starting at $27 per hour plus weekend premium.

Responsibilities

In cooperation with the unit manager, provide total resident/patient care on a designated unit for each shift. Perform professional nursing duties and assure completion of nurse aide duties. Cooperate with all disciplines to ensure high quality resident/patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school and possess a current Practical Nurse license in good standing in Pennsylvania. Those without a Pennsylvania license must have a temporary practice permit.
• Demonstrated management, communication, and observation skills with an interest in geriatrics.
• Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel.
