Job summary

Community Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time night shift position at Sacred Heart in Milwaukee, WI. The role involves delivering nursing care in a residential setting and coordinating care with the nursing team.

Community Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses/LPNs who are committed to teamwork and providing great care to become a part of our compassionate caregiving team. The Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN provides nursing care and services for our residents. This is apart time opportunity on our night shift for Sacred Heart location at 1555 S. Layton Blvd, Milwaukee, WI 53215.

Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN Job Responsibilities:

• Work in collaborationwith other nursing staff to coordinate and provide direction of care during weekday operations.
