Job summary

Hartford HealthCare's Cedar Mountain Commons in Connecticut is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct care to residents within a compassionate, clinical team environment. You will work on a unit, ensuring comfort, safety, and quality outcomes with the guidance of the Resident Care Director.

You will collaborate with the health care team to meet established care goals and participate in ongoing care planning, while supporting daily living activities and promoting residents'

Qualifications
