Job summary

Complete Care at Middlebury is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the 3pm–11pm shift. This part-time, 22.50-hour position offers casual/PRN opportunities, with room for growth within a compassionate, established long-term care environment.

You will administer medications, perform treatments, and document residents' conditions per care plans, while following all guidelines and contributing to a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Computer knowledge and comfort with basic software.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication to residents per care plan.
• Perform treatments as ordered within scope of practice.
• Accurately report and record residents' condition and changes.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal guidelines in all duties.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by Unit Manager/Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medication to residents in accordance with their care plan.

• Perform treatments, as assigned per physician’s orders, within scope of practice.

• Accurately report and record the resident’s condition and care including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change.

• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

• Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Qualifications:

Licensure Requirements:

• Must have an active LPN Licensed Practical Nurse license for the state of Connecticut
