Job summary

Hartford HealthCare's Cedar Mountain Commons in Connecticut is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct resident care. You will collaborate with the care team to achieve established outcomes and report to the Resident Care Director.

Qualified candidates hold a Connecticut LPN license and may have relevant experience. The role includes day and evening rotator shifts, with every other weekend evening and occasional holidays.

• Current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse license required.
• Specialization and/or specific work experience may be required.
