JobDiva, Inc. seeks an Immediate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an assisted living facility in Columbia, MD. This contract role offers $45.00 per hour and requires current LPN licensure, BLS/First Aid, and prior nursing home experience is preferred.

Shifts available include days, evenings, and nights with every-other weekend rotations. Start date is ASAP and the contract runs for 8 weeks with possible extensions.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license is required.
• BLS and First Aid certification required.
• Prior LPN experience in a nursing home or assisted living facility preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides nursing care to residents per the care plan.
• Monitors residents for responses to treatments and health changes.
• Administers and dispenses medications per medical plan.
• Assists with activities of daily living and supervises non‑professional staff.
• Adheres to facility policies and nursing department guidelines.

Immediate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) contract opportunity with our assisted living facility in Columbia, MD.

Pay Rate: $45.00/hr

Available Work Schedules:

• 7:00am - 3:00pm (Days)
• 3:00pm - 11:00pm (Evenings)
• 11:00pm - 7:00am (Nights)
• Schedules available for both 3 and 4 shifts per week
• All schedules require every other weekend rotation

Contract Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: 8 week contract terms with extensions

Job Details:

• Provides nursing care to the residents on the nursing unit within the framework of the medical and nursing care plan, the policies of the Department and, under the supervision of a professional nurse.
• Monitors the residents closely to identify response to treatments, medication and/or changes in health status.
• Provides treatments to the residents according to the medical and nursing care plan and consistent with the policies of the Department.
• Prepares and dispenses medication to the residents according to the medical plan of care and consistent with the policies of the Department.
• Directly assists with the resident's activities of daily living, including direct care, observation of status and changes and supervision of non-professional staff.

Qualifications:

• Current LPN License
• Prior LPN experience in a nursing home or assisted living facility preferred
• Current BLS and First Aid required
